Former Bond girl Caterina Murino is pregnant with her first child.
The actress, 47, who appeared in Casino Royale, shared the news during an interview with French magazine Gala. Murino is expecting a baby boy with her partner, Édouard Rigaud. The baby is due this summer.
"At my age, I had to ask medicine to help nature," she told the outlet, as translated by People. "You don't always decide when the right time to become a mother comes."

Murino also told Gala that she had a challenging time going through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and suffered two miscarriages before conceiving. The pregnancy is going well for Murino, who said that she's been feeling good.
"I haven't had any discomfort, no diabetes, no insomnia," she said. Murino also shared that she and Rigaud have chosen a name for their baby boy, but want to keep it secret. She said that each of them chose a name — and that both names are Italian.
Murino also shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram on July 4. In the caption, she thanked Gala and the people that she worked with for the interview and the accompanying photoshoot.
On July 6, Murino gave fans another look at her baby bump when she shared a photo from a shoot she did with another French publication called Le magazine 30 Millions d'amis.
