The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives starsJen Affleck and her husband Zac just shared some surprising news about their family.
The couple, who announced the arrival of their third child earlier this week, revealed on TikTok that they had to give away their dog. Zac made the revelation after a fan left a comment on a video asking how the dog was doing.
While Jen and Zac have owned the pup for several years, Zac explained that they simply did not have the capability of giving the dog the attention it deserved.
"We ended up giving him to a close family member who can take much better care of him and give him the love he needs!" Zac wrote in a comment.

Zac didn't share exactly when the family gave the dog away but the pup hasn't been featured on their social media in quite some time.
The news comes just days after the couple welcomed their newborn daughter, Penelope Phyliss Affleck. Jen shared the happy news on Instagram and opened up about her "empowering" birth.
"baby Penelope is here & she is perfect," Jen shared on social media. "Going unmedicated was truly the most painful but empowering experience of my life. I could not have done it without Zac and my supportive doula! I’m so grateful and so happy that Penny is earth side now"
The couple, who are already parents to daughter three-year-old Nora and son Luca, 23 months, recently opened up about taking time away from their marriage before announcing their third pregnancy.
"Just because of everything that we went through last year and because of everything we've had to do so much therapy," Jen told PEOPLE.
The couple have since reconciled — and seem to be stronger than ever.
