ALBION, N.Y. — The Albion Police Department have arrested a man after they say he had “inappropriate physical contact,” and made “disturbing” comments to a juvenile boy.
Police say following an investigation, they responded to a home in the Village of Albion and took John Buongiorne into custody based off statements and witness accounts.
Buongiorne was brought to the Albion Police Department and remanded to the Orleans County Jail. He is charged with the following:
