Joy-Anna Duggar mourned a devastating family loss, the anniversary of the stillbirth of a baby girl she and her husband, Austin Forsyth, named Annabell.
On Tuesday, July 1, the former Counting On star took to Instagram with a carousel of photos and a bittersweet message.

"Happy heavenly 6th birthday Annabell Elise Forsyth ✨??," she captioned her update. "~ July 1, 2019 ~ *some photos may be disturbing to some."
In the featured image, Duggar, 27, shared a black-and-white shot of tiny feet poking out of a blanket. Other pictures showed Duggar, Forsyth, family members and friends, shortly after the pregnancy loss. The last photo in the carousel showed the stillborn's face.
