SAN DIEGO – The 4th of July is a wonderful time to celebrate the USA with family and friends! Whether you barbecue at the beach or in a backyard, here are a few fast, fun, and done options.

Ingredients: Whole Foods or Costco goat cheese with herbs, cream cheese, red seedless grapes, Chardonnay (optional), sunflower seeds, paprika.
Tools needed: Two small-sized mixing bowls, a prep plate, and a serving plate.
Prep and serve: (Optional for 21 and over, grapes slit and soaked in a bowl of chardonnay… stir them around.) For 10 appetizers mix 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/2 cup goat cheese in a bowl, coat each grape until fully covered rolling in hands, roll or add on pumpkin seeds or the like, sprinkle with paprika. Serve on a pretty plate and enjoy!
Burger Hawaiian Style – 10 minutes
Ingredients: Whole Foods or Costco ground meat (I choose ground turkey), pineapple (I recommend pre-cut; you don’t need much per burger), burger buns, avocado, mango, 365 Mango Habanero Coconut Sauce.
Tools needed: Skillet or BBQ, sharp knife, cutting board.
Prep and serve: While cooking meat patties, toast buns, slice avocado, mango, and pineapple into small pieces a quarter size, place cooked meat patty on bottom bun, top with some mango, avocado, pineapple and generous amount of 365 Mango Habanero Coconut Sauce, place top bun, optional embellish on side with nasturtium and parsley, enjoy!

Ingredients: Whole Foods or Costco tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, pitted olives, appetizer sticks, lemon, cooked beets, celery salt, Cholula, and optional vodka for 21 and over.
Tools needed: Tumbler glasses, cutting board, sharp knife, blender.
Prep and serve: For each drink, blend 1/2 cup tomato juice, 2 ice cubes, 2 cooked beets, 1/4 cup salsa, 3 dashes Cholula, 2 dashes black pepper, (1 ounce vodka optional), cut 1 small lemon wedge, run lemon along rim of glass, turn glass upside down and rotate glass rim over celery salt on cutting board, pour blended tomato mixture into upright glass, embellish with lemon and 2 olives on appetizer stick.
