HOLLYOAKS is going to drop a huge bombshell tomorrow – when two soap legends have sex in shock scenes.
The Channel 4 soap has never been backwards about coming forwards with its storylines and this one is going to set the cat amongst the pigeons.
The Sun can exclusively reveal that village icons Tony Hutchinson and Mercedes McQueen are set to become a new power couple in a huge twist.
While the pair have had a brief dalliance before, our exclusive pictures show the moment they accidentally fall into bed together before deciding to give things a go.
A source said: “Tony has always been a hit with the ladies and Mercedes is no stranger to having – and burying – a husband.
“Putting them together is a stroke of genius and it’s not just for a one night stand this time.
“But what will Diane and Marie think of Tony’s shock move?
“And will Mercedes have finally found a lasting love after all this time?”
In today’s episode viewers watched as Mercedes was left devastated by Clare Devine’s revenge plot after she took her son Bobby away.
She ended up drowning her sorrows with Tony who provided a shoulder for her.
And then as the drinks flowed things took a turn and the pair ended up passionately snogging.
