Jennifer Aniston has a formula for her perfect day, which includes her beloved pet dogs and plenty of relaxation.
"It looks like a blank schedule — there's not one thing on it," Aniston, 56, told People when asked what her ideal day looks like in an interview published on Sunday, June 29. "That's a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes."
In addition to not having anything to accomplish, Aniston said that her three dogs — Clyde, Lord Chesterfield and Sophie — also have to be involved to make her day perfect.
"The dogs are everything. They're living, breathing, pure, good love. It's literally having love bombs just sitting on either side of you," she said.

While Aniston has been consistently working in Hollywood for decades, she said that it's important for her to take time off from acting projects. "I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I'm forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work," she shared.
"It's so critical, I know, but I'm not good at it," Aniston continued. "Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you're just working so much that you don't have any wonderful life experiences."
The Friends alum added that she's "trying to take it easy" because she just had a "really intensive few years of work."
"I'm trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it's like, 'I'm away forever. But call me in December, I'll be back,'" she added.
Aniston also shared that her perfect day doesn't include spending energy on all of the bad things going on in the world. "There's a lot that we need to not focus on, because it's so awful and ugly," she said.
