Conor McGregor was left absolutely raging following the conclusion of BKFC 77 on Saturday night.
Connor Tierney defended his UK welterweight title against Danny Christie in the main event of the night in his native Birmingham at BP Pulse Live.
Tierney had completely outboxed Christie when the bout was all of a sudden waved off in the third round after both fighters had been separated.
It was unclear what the original stoppage was for, but it seemed the referee had deemed Christie unfit to continue when he spotted the Carlisle man take a knee as Tierney had his gum shield put back in place.
Nonetheless, Tierney was the deserved winner, but BKFC co-owner McGregor couldn’t hold back his frustrations for different reasons after the Brummie was announced the winner.
“That was incredible, [a] high-level bare-knuckle fight,” McGregor said on a video posted on his X account.
“Let’s hear the mic, get the mic in there,” he added, eager to hear Tierney in the four-roped ring before his mood quickly switched.
“Get him on the mic. Where’s the mic? Where’s the mic? Where’s the mic? Mic, mic, mic, mic, mic.
“Where’s Mike Goldberg? Get the mic in there, get the f***ing mic in there!”
The broadcast then showed a replay of the fight ending as McGregor’s frustrations reached boiling point.
“See what I’m saying?” he added.
“Who called it there? The referee? The doctor? Who called that?!

McGregor co-owns the bare-knuckle fighting leagueGetty“We’re talking about the hometown, we’re told a kid in his hometown, defending the belt, and no mic!”
The former UFC champion was evidently upset based on what he also posted on social media after the original clip.
“Ah sure who needs to hear from the hometown hero who just defended his belt in his hometown in a sold out arena in the biggest fight of his life in front of all his people,” he said.
“Ye you guys are probably right, end the broadcast, nothing to see here.
“I am f***ing livid here! Absolutely ridiculous!!”
