Who is Dylan O’Brien’s girlfriend Rachael Lange?

Though neither party has publicly confirmed their relationship, Dylan O’Brien has reportedly been dating model Rachael Lange for the past two years, after the pair was spotted holding hands while attending Alexandre Mattiussi’s Menswear show at Paris Fashion Week. Originally from Texas but now living in NYC, the 27-year-old beauty model and social media personality (who has nearly 175,000 followers on her main Instagram page) is represented by the New York branch of the prestigious Elite modeling agency and has worked with brands like SKIMS, Garage, Ed Hardy and Dreamers Delicates, among others. 

Lange is also a budding photographer and maintains a separate Instagram account as a “photo and video diary” dubbed “The Disposable Diaries,” filled with 35mm, Super 8 and Polaroid shots. On her website’s “about me” section, Lange writes: “My love for photography is rooted in a deep appreciation for finding beauty in the world around me. O’Brien and Lange were most recently spotted by paparazzi canoodling around New York City together in May 2025, per JustJared and E! News. Lange also shared a picture of O’Brien picking flowers to her photography account in late April, with the caption “Lover in the tulip fields?.”

Prior to his alleged romance with Rachael Lange, O’Brien’s most notable relationship was his six-year romance with actress Britt Robertson from 2012 to 2018. The two actors first met on set of the 2012 romantic comedy film The First Time, where they portrayed two teens from different high schools who meet by chance at a party.After sustaining serious injuries while filming the Maze Runner sequel, O’Brien praised his then-girlfriend for her much-appreciated support, telling People in 2017: "My parents and my girlfriend were by my side the whole way.
