Courtney Elizabeth Foutch, 40, of Westminster, Colorado, passed away on June 15, 2025, surrounded by family and love after a fierce and courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Born on November 7, 1984, in Carthage, Tennessee to Tiffany Main-Jennings. Courtney was a firecracker from the start. She grew up excelling at sports, singing her heart out at karaoke, and living life with intensity and joy. She earned her master’s degree in project management and built a thriving career she was deeply proud of, most recently working as a Sales Manager at American Medical Sales and Rentals, where she shined as both a leader and a colleague.

Courtney met the love of her life, Stephanie Downey, on March 6, 2020, at JD’s Bait Shop; a night that changed both their lives forever. They married on Friday the 13th of May 2022 in Tulum, Mexico, in a stunning beach ceremony officiated by Courtney’s brother, Matt. The day captured everything that mattered to her: love, family, laughter, and a bit of tequila.

Courtney had a magnetic, bold personality and a wit that could catch anyone off guard; smart, sharp, and always unapologetically herself. She loved to sing (and could absolutely hold her own in competitions), never turned down a good time, and was always at the center of every room — usually with a glass of Clase Azul in hand. She was a die-hard Tennessee Titans fan, loyal even in losing seasons.

She is survived by her beloved wife, Stephanie Downey, their fur babies, Chianti and Targi, and Stephanie’s family: Pam and Andy Stewart, and William Downey. She is also survived by her mother, Tiffany Jennings and her husband, (Bryan Jennings), her brother Matt Foutch (Veronica), her sisters Hillary Foutch (Claudio Herrera) and Rylie Stout, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces (Evee, Ellie, and Gianna), nephews (Gavin and Owen), and an army of friends who adored her.

Two services will be held in her honor: a Celebration of Life on June 28th at 2pm at Bout Time in Westminster, Colorado, and a Memorial Service at Gordonsville Cemetery (Bass Funeral Home) in Gordonsville, Tennessee, on July 5 at 5pm, followed by a celebration at her mother’s home (307 Granville Hwy, Chestnut Mound, Tennessee 38552).

Courtney lit up every space she walked into and lived more in 40 years than most do in a lifetime. She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and never forgotten.
