At least one person was shot by police in southeast Colorado Springs early Monday morning, according to the department.
The Colorado Springs Police Department first posted about the shooting in the 1400 block of Michelle Court at 3 a.m. Monday on social media.
That block, east of South Academy Boulevard and East Fountain Boulevard, is home to the Antero Apartments.
Police said no officers were injured in the shooting, but information about the victim’s injuries was not available.
