In the video, she started drawing one of what would be a sheet of flash tattoo designs that lucky fans can get done for free at an event in London, England on June 21, with the actress saying, "There will be enough things on here for you to choose from."
"There's no obligation, no obligation whatsoever to get something tattooed for the rest of your life that I draw," she clarified, before ending the video by saying, "Trust me...Famous last words."

The tattoos will be done at Fine Line Hearts Club in collaboration with the Anderson-founded drink company, G Spot. The event is in honor of Pride Month, with the tattoo studio describing it as "a FREE Pride celebration where you can sip, celebrate, and get INKED with limited-edition flash… including hand-drawn designs by our founder Gillian Anderson."

Fans of Anderson reacted to the news that she would be designing tattoos for people with mixed opinions.
Some were supportive and excited about the project, such as one who commented, "I’m so ready for this madness! Definitely getting one!"
"We ALL deserve to get a tattoo designed by Gillian. It's not a want, it's a NEED ?," read a similar comment, while more wrote, "ma’am I need one. like asap ?," and "There, you did it again. Making me cry because I don’t live in London ?."
But others weren't so sure that it was a good idea, like someone who replied to the post saying, "No, don’t. Bad idea, do not do it. You have influence on people, don’t use it just for fun or to see how important you are for them."
Another questioned Anderson's drawing abilities as they boldly wrote, "No offense. But I think you should hire a professional artist. ??. All my love."
Despite some unsure fans, the majority seemed to love the idea of getting a tattoo designed by Anderson, with fans in the London area planning to head to the event this weekend.
