AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said it was investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian that occurred Wednesday night in south Austin.
According to APD, the crash was in the 11100 block of Menchaca Road near Boyds Way and Kaiser Drive. The crash occurred shortly after 9:45 p.m.
APD said one person died, and the driver involved remained at the scene.
