On June 12, the pop superstar, 35, visited Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Fla. Photos and video clips from the surprise drop-in to speak with patients quickly circulated on social media.

One clip caught Swifties' attention in the wake of speculation that the "So High School" singer was engaged and/or married to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
In response to a patient asking, "Why are you in Florida?" Swift let her and Kelce's relationship status be known.
“My boyfriend is training here," she replied. "So I just thought I’d come and see how you’re doing. Just drop in on you, you know what I mean?"

Kelce, meanwhile, recently raised eyebrows while discussing the possibility of expanding his family.
