VICTOR, N.Y. – A 23-year-old woman from Geneva is facing charges after Ontario County Sheriff Deputies say she hit another woman with her car in Victor and left the scene.
On June 10, deputies say they responded to a report of a woman being hit by a car in the area of Cobblestone Court Drive and Turk Hill Road in the Town of Victor.
According to deputies, they report that the victim was hit by Kali Cacciotti after a road rage incident and that Cacciotti left after hitting the victim with her car.
The victim suffered a physical injury, later seeking medical attention.
Deputies arrested Cacciotti on Monday. Cacciotti was charged with assault in the second-degree and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and was brought to Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment.
