ROCHESTER, N.Y. — This week on Rochester in Focus, we speak with retired Rochester Police officer Moses Robinson, who hung up his uniform after nearly 40 years. He explains how he plans to serve the community even out of uniform.
We also speak with leaders of HCR Home Care, a program that aims to take home health care to the homes of primary older African Americans in the community. The program partners with historically Black churches to break down barriers in health care.
