DENVER (KDVR) — Law enforcement was investigating a body found along Interstate 25 in Douglas County on Sunday.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said that deputies were conducting an outdoor death investigation on southbound I-25, about a half mile north of the Larkspur exit.
The police activity was first reported at about 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, and the death investigation was announced at about 1:40 p.m.
The agency asked motorists to move to the left and slow down. The department also said that it had no other details at this time.
