ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two more people are facing charges after Rochester Police say they were involved in a shooting back in April that hurt a 15-year-old.

On April 28, police say they responded to East Ridge Road for reports of shots fired. After officers arrived, they stopped 20-year-old D’Adrian Tucker, who they say had a loaded ghost gun. Tucker was arrested that day and brought to Monroe County Jail.
An hour after being shot, the victim was brought to the hospital for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the lower body.
According to police, officers at the scene found evidence of multiple shots being fired, one being from a rifle. They also say detectives were later able to find the other two men that fired guns, including the one that shot the victim.
On May 28, police say 22-year-old Ja’Mear Stallings was taken into custody and 19-year-old Velquez Dennis was taken into custody on June 11.
Here are the charges the three are facing:
Dennis: Criminal possession of a weapon in the second-degree, assault in the second-degree. He was also arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with weapons related charges after a search warrant. Stallings: Criminal possession of a weapon in the second-degree and reckless endangerment in the first-degree.
