General Hospital has had two major casting changes in the past week. One of those changes has fans worried about Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) future on the show.
Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is leaving Port Charles. Now, thanks to a text from Elizabeth on a recent episode, the question of Elizabeth leaving has been brought up.

However, Elizabeth didn’t leave with Lucky and Aiden (Colin Cassidy) but instead had an emotional goodbye with her first love. It was simply a tease to keep fans wondering if she would get on the plane.
Sadly, this doesn’t mean Elizabeth isn’t on the chopping block at the ABC soap. Fans have noticed Herbst’s potential isn’t being utilized.

Elizabeth has been used more as a prop for the men in her life than anything else. Now that Lucky is out of the picture, it gives Ric (Rick Hearst) the perfect opportunity to move in with Elizabeth, which would send Ava (Maura West) into a frenzy.
There are also other potential suitors for Elizabeth. One fan on X is shipping her with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson).
