Ben & Jerry's quietly introduced a new ice cream flavor and to say fans are excited doesn't quite cover it.
Earlier this week, one lucky shopper spotted the new limited batch addition–Ben & Jerry's Fudgy Flan, the iconic brand's take on Chocoflan–at their local Market Basket in Massachusetts, sharing an image with food blogger Snackolator.
"Even the ice cream is getting wild!" the influencer joked. "Ben & Jerry's just dropped a new *Fudgy Flan* flavor that is rolling out now."
Though the company has yet to make an official announcement (and a spokesperson did not immediately reply to Parade's request for comment), we were able to unearth an official listing for the new flavor inspired by the popular Latin American dessert traditionally made with vanilla custard, caramel sauce, and a layer of chocolate cake.

Ben & Jerry's described its version as "smooth and fudgy," featuring burnt caramel-flavored ice cream with fudge brownies and a pastry cream swirl.
While many have yet to get a taste of it, it's already become an internet sensation.
"CHOCOFLAN," one fan simply squealed in excitement.
"I’ve been waiting for this moment my whole life," a second quipped.
"Chocoflan is amazing?my fellow Latinos know ??," a third insisted.
Another called it "Extremely delicious!"
"Might as well do Tres Leches ?," one more suggested.
Those looking to try the new flavor can find it near them with the online locator or simply trust the universe will have it in stock the next time you're at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, or any other Ben & Jerry's retailer.
