A POPULAR food blog has teased that Coca-Cola may bring back a classic flavor.
According to the blogger, Diet Cherry Coke will be making its way back to shelves soon.
The flavor disappeared from stores four years ago, per Delish.
But Snackolator, a blogger who often leaks news of new and returning products, says diet cherry fans won’t have to wait long.
“I am way too excited for this one,” they said in an Instagram post. “Diet Cherry Coke is returning for a limited time with retro packaging!”
The blog did not disclose when the drinks would return.
“It’s been years since the OG Diet Cherry Coke has been out so I’m really looking forward to getting it again,” the post said. “This does not appear to be an exclusive release, but I’ll update as it arrives on store shelves.”
Representatives from the Coca-Cola Company could not immediately be reached for comment.

Snackolator’s post received thousands of likes.
“Why limited just bring it back for good,” one Instagram user commented on the post.
“Where can I find! This is an emergency!” another said.
“I’m here for the packaging alone,” another added in reference to the retro design.
Others were less thrilled.
“Looks great but still boycotting,” one said, apparently referencing recent viral claims that the company called immigration enforcement on its employees.
Coca-Cola has denied those claims, and a report by Reuters found no evidence that the viral claim was true.

While Snackolator’s sources are generally not clear, the blogger has repeatedly posted accurately about rumored snacks before they launch publicly.
For example, they predicted a major change to Capri Sun bottles well before there was any public announcement by the brand.
They’ve also predicted major item rollouts at fast food chains like McDonald’s.
This spring, Snackolator shared that McCrispy Strips would be available at the chain.
That turned out to be true, though the blog’s timeline appeared to be off by a couple of days.
