In a recent Actors on Actors interview for Variety, Lisa Kudrow sat down with Season 3 White Lotus star Parker Posey. The vibe was already pure serotonin—two scene-stealers trading stories—but then Posey floated a suggestion that sent Friends fans (like me) into a quiet frenzy: “Oh, Lisa, you should be in Season 4… I’m going to text [Mike White] after this to ensure that you know you are!”

I love Mike White,” she said, adding that she once emailed him after watching Brad’s Status just to say it was her favorite movie that year. Still, Kudrow confessed she gets nervous about roles that get too dark — though, as Posey pointed out, “except for the scenes where your head’s blown off... but it’s pretend.”
