Right-hander Chris Stratton is a Dodger again. Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reports that Stratton recently cleared waivers after being designated for assignment, elected free agency and re-signed with the club. Plunkett adds that righty Ryan Loutos will be optioned as the corresponding active roster move. The Dodgers will have to open a 40-man spot for Stratton as well.
