A fire that engulfed a home east of Longmont left one person burned and displaced several others early Friday morning, firefighters say.

Six people were inside of the home at the time, one of whom was taken to a hospital. It took firefighters several hours to fully extinguish the blaze.
Mountain View Fire Rescue said the cause of the fire was still under investigation as of Friday morning, and the American Red Cross was providing aid to the home’s occupants.
