DENVER (KDVR) — A crash involving semitrailers has closed Interstate 70 in east and westbound directions.
The crash was reported by the Colorado Department of Transportation at about 3 p.m. The roadway is closed eastbound at Silverthorne and westbound at the Eisenhower Tunnel.

Traffic was being detoured onto Highway 6, and motorists were warned to expect long delays and advised to take alternate routes.
