(KRON) – An earthquake has struck Northern California on Saturday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The 3.4 magnitude quake transpired at 10:40 a.m. near The Geysers, which is 45 square miles along the Sonoma and Lake County border. The Geysers is also the largest complex of geothermal power plants in the world.
According to USGS, the earthquake was half a mile southeast of The Geysers and 3.4 miles northeast of Cobb.
