SHAQUILLE O’Neal turned the NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals broadcast into a quick workout session.
During halftime of Game 4 between the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers, cameras caught the TNT analyst bicep curling a HUMAN.
The ex-Lakers big man had legendary TV producer Joe “Underdog” Underhill off the ground and up in the air.
Shaq, 53, curled the crew boss like a 20-pound dumbbell session at the gym.
Announcer Kevin Harlan gave the moment his full trademark play-by-play coverage.
Harlan hilariously said: “Our group is getting ready high atop the arena. Shaquille, getting ready, getting those biceps.
“He‘s as strong now as he was when he played.” Meanwhile, Reggie Miller cracked up on air.”
By the time the cameras zoomed in fully, the 2000 MVP was repping out Underhill with perfect form.
Both Shaq and his human weight had smiles on their faces during the training sesh, so safe to say it was all in good fun.
And fans loved the light-hearted moment – before the Indiana Pacers went 3-1 up over the New York Knicks.
One joked: “How old is the toddler he’s curling?”
Another said: “This is such a Shaq thing to do…”
A third added: “Shaq is still a monster 25 years later .”
Underhill is a senior researcher and field producer for Turner Sports, and has two Emmys to his name for his work on “Inside the NBA“.
The Pacers have a 3-1 series lead after a 130-121 victory over the Knicks in Game 4 at home on Tuesday.
Tyrese Haliburton produced a triple-double with 32 points, 15 assists and 12 rebounds in Indiana’s win.
He became the first player in NBA history to record stats of 30-15-10 AND zero turnovers in an NBA post-season game.
Victory in game five at Madison Square Garden on Friday will secure their place in the Finals for the first time since 2000.
