Of all of the movies to come out of the early 1990s, I was totally obsessed with Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Maybe it was because my 14-year-old self was head-over-heels in love with Edward Furlong. Or maybe it was simply because it was an action-packed flick that kept you on the edge of your seat. Whatever the case, the film, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robert Patrick, and Linda Hamilton was such a classic.
While Schwarzenegger was the good guy in this sequel, Patrick played the part of the T-1000, the robot on a mission to kill young John Connor, played by Furlong.
He totally nailed the role with his rock-hard physique and bold features, and he just had the whole "scary" thing down pat.
Now 66, Patrick is clearly the total opposite of the villain that made him famous. Yesterday, he shared a video from a trip to Cracker Barrel he took with pal Jesse James Dupree on Memorial Day, and he looks totally different from his T-1000 days! And his sense of humor couldn't be more on-point.
@robertpatrickt2Couldn’t crack the barrel ? Incredible trip with my brother Jesse James Dupree. DC to Atlanta in one day?? #failed #fyp
♬ original sound - Robert Patrick"Ok this is a disastrous situation... I've got a 40-minute wait at a Cracker Barrel on Memorial Day. I'm grateful to be here, but I'm a little unhappy I can't get a table at Cracker Barrel... Our dreams are busted."
LOL! I don't know about you, but I never realized what a comedian he is!
People who watched the clip were equally as amused. One fan said, "Just hold up a picture and say, have you seen this boy?!! ??"

Another added, "It would take all I had not to fan girl out if I saw you walk in where I was."
And someone else noted, "Can’t imagine going to Cracker Barrel and sitting next to Robert Patrick!!"
Patrick might be a laid-back jokester now, but man. Back in his Terminator 2 days, he was such a terrifying dude, and nobody could possibly outrun him... except maybe John Connor on a bike.
Sigh. I think it's about time to watch that flick again.
