(KRON) – The Gilroy Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating an armed robbery suspect.
The theft transpired on April 25 at a Gilroy retail clothing store.
In an image provided by Gilroy PD, the masked suspect aimed a firearm at the cashier. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a long black and grey sleeved hooded shirt, a beige hat with a white logo, dark colored shoes, with dark-colored jeans. The suspect was also carrying a plastic bag.
The suspect was last seen riding a blue mountain bike northbound on Carmel Street from First Street.
