While Rumi isn’t dancing just yet, her grandma Tina Knowles confirmed that she already loves the spotlight. “I said, ‘How do you feel when you wave and everybody screams?’” Knowles recalled during a May 2025 Matriarch book event in Brooklyn. “She said, ‘It feels powerful.’”

Blue technically made her onstage debut as a fetus when her mom performed “Love on Top” at the VMAs. After the song finished, Beyoncé rubbed her hand over her belly to wild cheers from the crowd. Jay-Z, meanwhile, grinned and saluted her from the front row.
