However, according to Dominic Zamprogna, who plays Dante on the ABC soap, the best is yet to come. Following the big Gio truth bomb, the actor spoke with Soap Opera Digestto share his thoughts on the storyline.
The secret impacts so many people in Port Charles, and there's a lot to unpack. Zamprogna admitted that the dynamic between several characters shifts amid the fallout of Gio being Dante and Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) son.
Even though he didn’t want to give away any spoilers, Zamprogna did make a very bold statement about upcoming scenes between Brook Lynn and Lois (Rena Sofer). Dante goes looking for Brook Lynn to demand answers, only to find her having it out with Lois.
“When he finds Brook Lynn, she’s in the middle of it with Lois. And those scenes may be the best scenes I’ve ever seen, the ones between Rena [Sofer, Lois] and Amanda [Setton]. It’s just otherworldly,” Zamprogna expressed to the outlet.
