(KRON) -- Firefighters are at the scene of a "large" junkyard blaze in Oakley where several cars and vegetation are on fire, said the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District on Tuesday evening.

"The location of the fire is where cars are dismantled," CCFPD confirmed to KRON4.

Oakley Police Department said due to the large structure fire, Main Street is closed from Delta to Bolton roads with no expected timeframe of reopening.
