Willits Community Theatre is holding auditions for “True West” by Sam Shepard, a gritty, darkly comic play about sibling rivalry, identity, and the myths of the American West.
Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 17 and Saturday, May 24 at 1 p.m. at the theatre, located at 37 W. Van Lane in Willits. Roles are available for three male actors (Mid 30s–Early 60s) and one female actor (Late 50s or older).
No preparation is necessary – auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Rehearsals begin the last week of July, with performances Sept. 12 through 28.
