(KRON) -- The San Bruno BART station is shut down early Tuesday morning following a "major medical emergency," according to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District.
BART announced the closure at 5:43 a.m. There is a 20-minute delay on the SFO Line in the Antioch, Richmond, SFO and Millbrae directions due to the incident, transit officials said.
No further details about the medical emergency were immediately available.
SamTrans is providing bus service between South San Francisco and Millbrae on bus ECR, BART said.
