(KRON) – Authorities arrested a man and a woman after a high-speed chase in Oakland early Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Around 3 p.m., the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office said deputies attempted to pull over a stolen white 2015 BMW X4 near Alum Rock Avenue and Highway 101 in San Jose. The BMW did not yield and continued onto Interstate 880.
CHP Oakland began chasing a white 2015 BMW X4 around 3:40 a.m. on I-880.
Four minutes later, the pursuit ended northbound I-880 near Fifth and Embarcadero.
The passengers, a man and a woman, were arrested. It is unclear which person was driving.
According to CHP Oakland, the BMW was stolen out of Fremont.
