On April 22, the History Channel star—who performs burlesque under the stage name Dannie Diesel—took to Instagram with a clip of herself dancing.

"Ecdysiast ❤️," Colby, 49, captioned her update.
As she previously explained, the word "ecdysiast" is simply an "old-timey word for peeler, stripper, burlesque—anybody who works in the nude arts."
The clip showed Colby rocking thong underwear bottoms with a top only covering the bare essentials. She twirled and posed with a colorful cape and head covering that featured a feather, at times standing on a bar for the performance. Partway through the video, Colby held up a sign that read "cash," and patrons gladly obliged.
