DENVER (KDVR) — Adams County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of shots fired on Easter Sunday north of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
Deputies were informed of shots fired at 2:17 p.m., and then were notified of a gunshot victim at 2:33 p.m. The incident happened in the area of East 104th Avenue and Counter Drive, and deputies said on X that it could be a drive-by shooting.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and the office did not have details immediately available about their condition.
At about 3:24 p.m., the sheriff's office reported that three suspects were in custody and that deputies were working with EMS personnel to locate a possible second gunshot victim.
Deputies were in the area and asked people in the area to seek alternate routes while they searched for suspects.
