1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton recently revealed a major relationship update after her husband Caleb Willingham's death in 2023.
In a sneak peek clip from Season 7 of the TLC series, Tammy, 38, shared that she is secretly dating someone new.

“There's something I haven't told my family. Amy's not the only one that's been seeing somebody new. So have I,” she told producers in a confessional.
“I have been seeing someone for the past couple months and it's going pretty well,” she continued in the exclusive clip shared with People. “I think I want to approach this relationship different than I have in the past, so I haven't told my family because my family’s gonna have something to say about it."
“You know, I think my family probably has more opinions than the world has a--holes because they be farting so much,” Tammy quipped.

In November 2022, Tammy married Willingham after they met at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, amid her weight-loss journey. The reality star confirmed her husband's death at 40 on July 1, 2023.
Today, Tammy is in a new relationship.
“The person I'm dating is a woman,” Tammy said in the clip. “A few years ago I came out as pansexual but after Caleb passing, I just don't want to be with men anymore.”
“I don't know how my family is going to react when I tell them I'm seeing a woman,” she confessed.
Season 7 of 1000-lb Sisters premieres on Tuesday, April 15 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC and is available for streaming the next day on Max.
