In photos obtained by People, the 82-year-old actor gave Flockhart, 60, a peck as the pair waited for the train. Ford wore a pair of dark jeans with a light blue button-down shirt for their outing, while the former Ally McBeal star was dressed in loose-fitting light jeans with a beige sweater and baseball cap.

The low-key outing marked the first time Ford has been seen in public since he canceled his planned appearance at the Oscars earlier this month after being diagnosed with shingles. In the weeks leading up to the Academy Awards, he attended the 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards), where he was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series category for his role in Shrinking.
Flockhart did not accompany her husband to the SAG Awards, as she was in NYC starring in Curse of the Starving Class by the late Sam Shepard.
The couple tied the knot in 2010, eight years after they met at the 59th Annual Golden Globe Awards. They share one child, 24-year-old son Liam (adopted by Flockhart in 2001).
