The unnamed infant is MGK’s second daughter — he shares a 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, with ex Emma Cannon — and Fox’s fourth child; she has three children with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green, songs Noah Shannon, 12, Bodhi Ransom, 11 and Journey River, 8. The couple began dating in 2020 and were on-and-off before breaking up in November 2024, following an engagement and the announcement that they were expecting a child together. The couple attempted to start a family several years earlier, but Fox suffered a miscarriage in 2022. MGK dedicated his performance of “Twin Flame” at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards to his “wife” and “unborn child.”
