Virginia Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her after she was trafficked by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, says she has just days to live after being involved in a crash.
In a post on Instagram, Ms Giuffre says she is suffering from kidney and renal failure after a collision with a school bus.
“They’ve given me four days to live,” she wrote, adding she was being moved to a specialist hospital.
Her spokesperson Dini von Mueffing told the BBC she had been involved “in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital”.
“She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending,” she added.
The 41-year-old was last reported to be living in Western Australia. However it is unclear where the crash occurred.
“‘I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes,” Ms Giuffre said in the post.

Commenting on the post, her father, Sky Roberts, said: “Virginia my daughter, I love you and [am] praying for you to get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life.”
“If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand.”
He also told the Telegraph his daughter was depressed and wanted to be reunited with her children.
“She’s not doing good. She’s depressed because she misses her kids,” he said.
“She’s got four days unless she gets another opinion from another doctor.”
Ms Giuffre claimed she was trafficked by the late financier Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was aged 17 and a minor under US law.
Prince Andrew denied this.
However before the matter came to trial, both parties filed an out-of-court settlement in early 2022.
