While attending the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event on Saturday, March 29, Trainor, 31, told Entertainment Tonightthat she's “trying all the things” to stay in shape, noting “science is the secret" to her success.

"I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about]," the "Mother" songstress said, adding, "I was working out so incorrectly for so long. I was running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed, always."
“So anything that'll help me age backward, I’m into it,” she continued. “I just learned about the NADs [a type of supplement]. I was like, ‘make me Hailey Bieber, I'll do it, I'll take it'...I’m trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me.”

Earlier this month, Trainor revealed that she recently got breast implants after contemplating the procedure for "years."
"I've always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life," she said in a selfie-style video on Instagram. "After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle, and losing weight, I couldn't be happier with my decision!"
"I'm so obsessed," she added.
