(KRON) -- The Oakland Fire Department (OFD) said crews remain at the scene of a house blaze that broke out Saturday afternoon.
Oakland Fire posted just before 4 p.m. on X (formerly Twitter) that "crews [were] going into attack" for a working fire at a residence in the area of Clara Street and Walter Avenue.
A video shared by Oakland FD of the incident (shown above) showed tons of smoke billowing from the home.
OFD updated at 4:41 p.m. that the fire was contained, and crews were checking for additional hot spots.
