Egyptian Cabinet spokesperson Mohamed al-Homsany announced that a committee dedicated to drama and culture will be formed in the near future, within the working group referred to by the Prime Minister based on the President’s orders.
He explained that the committee aims to ensure that these dramas accurately reflect Egypt’s cultural values.
During an interview with the Extra News channel following Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly’s press conference in the New Administrative Capital, Homsany added that the committee’s mission is to develop a realistic vision for Egyptian drama in the coming years.
He explained that the committee will include a group of specialists and all relevant entities, and its role will complement the relevant institutions to implement a comprehensive and successful vision for drama series within the coming years.
