Teen arrested in killing of 15-year-old Oakland boyThe bakery's facility, located at 598 Chenery Street, has been immediately closed and its permit to operate temporarily suspended pending several corrective actions to be "addressed and resolved," said SFDPH.
The March 18 reinspection report obtained by KRON4 News, states that the bakery has "made efforts to combat on going rodent issue," such as repairing a garage door, but major concerns still persist.

The inspector noted "two bags of flour with gnaw marks on the exterior exposing flour, rodent droppings found at the bottom of container housing one of the open bags." The inspector also observed "one fossilized rodent in a trap in the elevated area of the garage."
The report said Destination Bakery Company is to remain closed until the facility has been fully cleaned, sanitized and serviced by a pest control company.
The San Francisco Department of Health said a follow-up reinspection date has yet to be determined.
