Mr. Lester Meadows, age 66 of Granville, died Wednesday morning, March 19 at his home. He is survived by: wife, Suzanne Meadows; 2 children, Nathaniel Meadows of Algood, Brooke Westmoreland and husband Robert of Celina; 2 step-children, Shawndell McKinney and wife Christy of Smithville, Danielle Huffines and husband Spencer of Baxter; sister, Carolyn Baxter of Moss ;2 brothers, Leslie Meadows and Landon Meadows and wife Rachel both of Moss; 7 grandchildren, Alex Meadows, Erin Meadows, Nate Meadows, Kyler Westmoreland, Brynn Westmoreland, Asher Huffines, Tia McKinney; Fur-Baby, Pepper.
Mr. Meadows is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Saturday morning, March 22 at 11:00 AM. Bro. Jackie Dawson will officiate. Interment in the Meadows Cemetery in Moss with Kenny Westmoreland officiating. Serving as pallbearers are: Paul Tuck,, Jackie Lynn, Radford Duke, James Baxter, Kyler Westmoreland, Nate Meadows.
Visitation at the Carthage Chapel will begin on Friday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family requests memorials to the Meadows Cemetery mowing Fund.
