ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is charged with felony DWI after Rochester Police say he hit two parked cars before his SUV flipped on its side on Wednesday morning.
The crashes happened on Gregory Street near South Avenue around 12:20 a.m. The SUV driver, 28, was taken to the hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries and was arrested.
He’s also accused of several traffic violations. The driver was the only person in the SUV.
