Kim Kardashian’s trademark over North’s name expires as she battles ex Kanye West over song release

KIM Kardashian’s trademark over her daughter North’s name has expired as she argues with her ex-husband Kanye West over their oldest child’s song release.

Kanye, 47, went on a X rant over the weekend and hit out at his ex-wife Kim, 44, as he shared a now-deleted text of their bitter exchange over their daughter’s trademark.

The argument came after Kanye posted the song Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine featuring North and Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently in federal prison on sex trafficking charges on X.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal North’s trademarks have actually been abandoned and are currently listed as “dead.”

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, one trademark for North West’s name filed on March 10, 2023 is listed as “abandoned” as of March 18, 2024.

Only one trademark for North’s name remains active today.

Kim is the only parent who signed for the trademarks, as the documents read, “Kim Kardashian West, hereby state that I am the parent of North West, a minor, and give my consent to the registration of North West’s name and/or nickname to Kimsaprincess Inc.”

All of Kim’s younger children Saint, Chicago and Psalm’s trademarks covering similar goods and services have also been abandoned.

    WAR OVER NORTH

Over the weekend, Kanye posted an alleged text exchange between him and Kim.

The exchange started off with Kanye texting, “I’m never speaking with you again.”

Kim allegedly responded, “I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18 it goes to her. So stop.

“I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her.

Kim continued, “One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born I would get all of our kids names and trademarks so no one else would take them.”

Kanye responded, “Amend it or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout.

“You’re going to have to kill me.”

    COMING FOR THE KARDASHIANS

During the X tirade, Kanye took more shots against Kim and her family.

He wrote, “I don’t want to just ‘see my kids. I need to raise them. I need to have say so of where they go to school and who their friends are and whose houses they sleep over whether my daughters wear lipstick and perfume.”

“All these rights have been taken from me by the Kardashian mob, Hulu and Disney and the biggest agenda to use the selectively bred black children to be platforms to influence black people.

“Just seeing my kids is like visitation it’s like I’m in prison ‘seeing’ my kids I don’t care if I live or die or if I’m in jail or free and I especially don’t care about whatever these p***y a** celebrities got to say that are slaves to the Jews.”
