In alleged text messages between Kardashian, 44, and West — posted then deleted on West’s X account and published by TMZ — Kardashian reportedly told the rapper that North, 11, couldn’t be featured on the track with Diddy because her name is trademarked.
“I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop,” Kardashian reportedly wrote, according to screenshots.
“I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” she reportedly added, referencing the disgraced music mogul who was arrested in September 2024 and indicted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. (Diddy, 55, has denied the allegations against him).
“One person has to trademark!” Kardashian allegedly wrote, according to the screenshots.
