We use the 5 energy zones defined by Super Sport Systems (3S) w/Ib being the ‘smoothest’, think long & strong, and Va being the fastest, think all out/hypoxic. all sendoffs should be held at the appropriate target time for each individual & proper technique should be stressed at all times.
